All About Therapy
Methods Utilized In Therapy
In my practice, I emphasize cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, person-centered and strength-based therapeutic approaches. Through the use of these psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment measures, my patients develop life-changing skills to help them cope with any of life’s various obstacles. My therapy sessions are designed to provide patients with a safe and nurturing environment that promotes self-exploration, problem identification, skill building and conflict resolution.
Services I Offer
With You Every Step of the Way
My goals for couples therapy are to help promote healthier communication patterns in romantic relationships, to aid in couples developing effective conflict resolution skills and to help support couples in developing more positive interactions in their relationship.
A Happier, Healthier You
Individual therapy is a process of self-exploration. My therapy sessions are tailored to meet the individual needs of each patient. I aim to help support individuals in developing healthy patterns of thinking, behaving and coping to live happier and healthier lives.
Here For You and Those You Love
Family interactions have a significant impact on our psychological health and wellness. My goals in family therapy is to help family members improve communication, solve family problems, understand and handle special family situations (for example, death, serious physical or mental illness, or child and adolescent issues), and create a better functioning home environment.
