All About Therapy
Methods Utilized In Therapy
In my practice, I emphasize cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, person-centered and strength-based therapeutic approaches. Through the use of these psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment measures, my patients develop life-changing skills to help them cope with any of life’s various obstacles. My therapy sessions are designed to provide patients with a safe and nurturing environment that promotes self-exploration, problem identification, skill building and conflict resolution.
